How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through WooCommerce Payments in British Pounds Sterling. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details on this website.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK, pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total.
Most artwork has a shipping cost included at checkout based on the size of the work.
Can you ship internationally?
I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your new artwork so if an original painting is not as you expect, our returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns and refund will be made at the discretion of Sandra Heath Art. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of any return postage. The purchaser is advised to use a trackable and appropriately insured postage method for the value of the item being returned; we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in return transit, and such items cannot be refunded.
If an item is refunded, only the item cost is refunded; the initial shipping cost is not refunded. Upon the return of the item in satisfactory condition in the original packaging using a tracked postal service within 14 days, we will refund you the purchase price of the piece (not including the shipping costs). Refunds can take up to 10 days to arrive back in your account (due to Stripes processing).
We’ve done our best to show artwork accurately regarding size and colour. The image you see may show slight colour variations based on the device you use. Slight inconsistencies will not be seen as a fault or considered a valid reason for return.
What if I want to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to determine whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have already been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request you will be refunded, minus any non-refundable commission deposit paid.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
