Hi, I’m Sandra Heath
My art is all about slowing down… taking a deep breath, looking closely and revelling in the mysterious beauty of our natural world. Join me on a creative journey into nature’s essence. It’s waiting to be discovered…
Gallery
Owning a piece of my unique art is like capturing a fleeting moment in time. Art for you to cherish which will draw you back to its multilayered nuances, time and time again. A personal opportunity to explore the rich tactile surfaces and immerse yourself fully in the language and intimacy of our natural world.
Slow down, take a moment and browse through the gallery…
Here you will find my current collection of collages, paintings and mixed media originals. Available to purchase exclusively through my website.

Mental Health and Creative Mojo
Life can be really hard. Let’s not sugarcoat it. Sometimes it gives you a shake up and you’re left wondering where your mojo has gone. It’s not until you attempt to try and find it that you realise it disappeared in the first place. But has it really disappeared? Or is it just cowering away […]

A painting is never finished – it simply stops in interesting places.

Workshops
I can teach a variety of workshops, tailored to your individual requirements, in small groups. I do offer a unique course called the Hampshire Primary Schools Art Conference, which provides teachers with the tools to begin to lead their students on an exploratory creative journey of discovery and self expression. Please get in touch if you’d like further details about this, or a different course.

Make Yolk Day Exhibition
The aim of this Exhibition, coinciding with school holidays, is ‘to show children that art is for everyone, galleries are fun and art takes many forms.’ Artists will be enticing adults and children alike to ask questions and have a go at a variety of different art making activities throughout the duration of the show.

EcoFayre
Promoting environmental awareness, this exciting event “celebrating earth-friendly living” will be a fun, and informative day-out for all the family. We will be offering the local community tips and ideas for reducing their carbon footprint, with ideas from up-cycling no longer loved clothes, or getting back on your bike. Ideas on how to increase biodiversity with good gardening practice or how to grow a slightly wilder garden. There will be children’s activities with food and drink available.
You can meet me in person at the Fayre where I will be encouraging families to make art from materials they might normally discard and offer demonstrations for adults and children alike to get creative, making beautiful art from so-called ‘junk’ materials!
